Refund Terms

As a general rule, funds paid by the Customer for work performed are non-refundable. However, we have provided for exceptional cases in which a refund is possible:

  1. Cancellation before work begins: The Customer is entitled to a refund if the Customer has notified the cancellation of the order in writing before the Contractor actually commences the work.
  2. Website not functioning: a refund is possible in the event of complete inoperability of the website arising solely as a result of the Contractor’s actions. Such a refund is made by agreement between the Parties and only if the Customer simultaneously fulfils all of the following conditions:
  • the Customer has paid the full cost of the services under the agreement;
  • the Customer has given the Contractor prior written notice of the website’s inoperability;
  • the Customer has provided the Contractor with all necessary access to the website, control panel, hosting and other related services to diagnose the problem;
  • the Customer has given the Contractor a period of 1 (one) calendar month from receipt of the notice and of all access to eliminate the identified faults.

If, after the 1-month correction period has expired, the website continues not to function solely through the fault of the Contractor, the Parties shall resolve the matter of a refund through negotiations.
